Idea for a bonus tile: Some folk have muscle/nerve issues that can cause occasional involuntary movements or misfiring that causes the wrong answer to be selected. How about a bonus tile that allows one to take a Mulligan? An extra tile question without without the penalty if wrong. answer. Maybe a limit of one per level?
