I saw him perform with his Band, the Hassles, at a High School dance on Long Island in 1969 before he became famous. He was awesome then & still awesome now. I was only 16 years old but I knew he would be famous some day. I went out the next day and bought The Hassles album. He is my favorite singer-songwriter of all time. My favorite song of his is We Didn't Start The Fire.
