The Ishihara Test is a color perception test used to detect deficiencies for which colors?

I've heard color blindness is more prevalent in males

MAE
The gene for red/green colour blindness is on the part of the x-cromosome that has no equivalent on the y-cromosome. The gene is recessive, but since men only have one x-cromosome they are more likely to show the colour blindness.
