Are men or women more prone to getting struck by lighting?
Correct answer: Men

MizDizzyMizzy63
Women are smart enough to go indoors during inclement weather🤣

James Koppert
Mistaah Jay, it is fact when you look at records of people who have been struck

Barb Salyers Wilkinson
HannahBell Joy Pittman, I disagree I think its because women are smarter with a higher survival instinct because of being mothers or being capable of being mothers We want to protect others and ourselves

mareze
I have to admit we women would rather take the side of caution. 😊

STOP! Really yall - It was statistical - its really not a comment on men vs women people. These are hobbies that have traditionally been enjoyed by men over the years. They all involve standing or sitting out in the open with a metal pole sticking out from their hands. Now that women are taking more time for themselves, and will take all day to play golf, or to fish peacefully on a river for hours, women will get struck by lightning an equal amount of time. Ok?

DSwizzy2020,
"Lightening": Always used as a verb, like "The sun is lightening my hair."
"Lightning": Always used as a noun, like "We saw a bolt of lightning during the storm."

Amy/collin
your mom said this to you didn't she?

Lily

MizDizzyMizzy63,
Same, I'm a male but I'm also smart enough to go indoors during inclement weathers.

I never be on a male side 😳

Republic of China
Does this means also because of men's behaviour?!? 😂😂😂.

Not speaking for ALL woman...but they are indoors more, most have inside jobs or duties to perform. Men in most cases are outside doing their work, laborers, construction superintendents, paving road ways etc...transportation industries.

ChryzGamatic
MizDizzyMizzy63, Absolutely been that way since the beginning of time. lol

Player #Jayzmom, are you saying i will get struck and you wont

QuickSpecialist2136
yes. women are more safe

dr5penes
it should ask if men or women are stuck by lighting MORE often. prone implies chance which the answer states is equal.

Missgstar83
of corse

Mistaah Jay, Facts don't care about your feelings. its not an opinion just because you don't like the cold hard truth.

sylph2275, Exceptions dont matter, genius. The trivia says MORE men than women get struck by lightning. this isn't a contest, who would want to get electrically charged to near death?

Tanehowl
LukeWarm, Because we're better cooks? True.
