I remember him in Helsinki and his feat was nothing short of amazing! No one came close to what he achieved in long distance but Carl Lewis had a similar effect on the sports world for his short distance efforts at The Olympics 30+ years later.

Centenarian, Yeah, but Carl Lewis was juiced. The American and World Olympic Organizations turned a blind eye to it.
