Joan Collins, there's nothing nice about Malibu except some of the houses of those that feel they are rich enough to be above the law. Its a scary creepy place at night full of hills and dark areas where a lot of women have been raped and killed or never found. killers love to dump bodies there because the police keeps it quiet and most killers in Malibu are never found. Residents of Malibu feel they are above every one else and the racism is not only for color but for the non rich resident also. In the day's sun Malibu beach is nice but at night only the one main st is lit. Once out of the avenue you are in a creepy scary hiking dark areas where they can get killed and never found like the young college graduate Matrice, who they arrested and put out on her own alone in Malibu at midnight. they did not even take her to her car knew something was wrong with her and still sent her out in the darkness of Malibu. She was found 6 mos later up a hill you have to hike to get to naked. Malibu police did an incompetent pretend investigation and the bones were found where they said they looked. Liars. Malibu gave the mother $900,000 But admitted nothing. Here is a million bucks but we did not do any wrong" What monsters. Visit Santa Monica Beach instead. it prettier than Malibu Beach.

It's a very beautiful scenic route, but it is also a very curvy route. I tend to get motion sickness from it, if driven too fast!

We travel to Cali every summer to escape the Las Vegas dry heat. It is stunningly beautiful.

My husband and I drove the PCH for our honeymoon. We started at the top of California and drove down the coast. We stayed at Bed & Breakfasts along the way and discovered many quaint little shops and restaurants in small little villages as we drove down the coast. If you get the chance, it is definitely a trip worth taking!
