Where are Star Garnets mostly found?

you can dig for the star garnets at a state park in Idaho. I remember doing it as a child when I grew up there. Normal garnets were all over there but the stars were few and far between. It's the state gem.

Bernsoi, I think they mean Idaho, the US state.

Bernsoi, Idaho is a state of US but the reason why they did not put "US" in is because the entire country does not produce Star Garnets significantly so that reduced to just a state of Idaho
