My wife has this. Can't recognise me other than my walking gait. It makes certain jobs impossible such as waitressing.

I have face blindness. I recognize people only by color and style of hair. The easiest way is sound of voice or walking gait. I put a quarter in a jar every time I called one of my elementary students by the wrong name. They loved it. Then we donated the money at the end of the year.
