I visited Ireland. It is a beautiful country.. You have never seen green, until you have been to Ireland. The people are very friendly. I stayed in a bed and breakfast, run by a family. Their breakfast was generous and delicious. The houses are lovely. The Irish Sea, is a beautiful green.

Wayne, actually, religion was not at the base of this, economics were. The wealthy landowners used religion as a wedge to keep the peasants from joining forces.

it's not about giving them the country back anymore, economically they couldn't survive on their own and I've lived in both countries, however I really think that people who are in school should be told Everything! I mean is there anyone old enough on here who knows who and what the I.R.A is and was, religion was a huge problem but as usual that isn't getting taught in schools and it should be

Player #13752648, we have the same problem here in America. For Lots of different reasons the true story of the treatment of the Native American Indian is not taught. The slavery story is still very incomplete as well. I work in a living museum and people are shocked to hear that we still have indigenous people here in Virginia
