the episode with the thug who dies and finds himself in a ritzy hotel room with a butler who knows and provides his every desire. Clearly, he realizes that he's in Heaven. He gets the pretty moll on his arm, everyone thinks he's the greatest, he never loses at cards. He finally tires of the tedium--no risk, nothing to really gain or lose. He's sick of it in a matter of a weekend. As he bids his farewell to the butler, telling him he can keep this boring Heaven stuff, he can't leave...because he's not in Heaven!
