In the Roald Dahl book 'BFG', what is unusual about the bubbles in the drink frobscottle?

I love Ronald Dahl. Wonderful stories.

In Canada, I grew up with a children's television program called The Friendly Giant. The main character was, of course, a giant with his sidekicks Rusty the Rooster and Jerome the Giraffe.
