Ergophobia is the fear of what?

Irrational, possibly, I fear to venture out of my home, I do it because I have to but it's really tough to do. Why I think it isn't irrational; my friend was kidnapped and held captive in a shipping container for 63 days, her boyfriend was killed right next to her, almost immediately, thankfully she was found alive. There was another couple, a husband and wife, who were killed and buried on the property just under a year prior. I was later told that the psycho had pictures of me, my home and my vehicle. I think my fear is quite rational.

we have a few of those at my workplace esp. when there is much to be done

I always thought I was just lazy, didn't know there was a name for it! Fortunately, I'm retired now and don't have to do anything I don't want too.
