What year did Hallmark make its first Christmas cards?

Visited the hedquarters visitors center in 2018. The displays were nice explaining and showing how they started. Wrapping bow maching where you make a small bow, as well as life size Chriatmas trees which appeared on their cards since they began. Also free card samples as well as items to purchase.
