ZyggyStardust, John Wayne Gacy, The Killer Clown, was an active serial killer in the 70's, not 60's. He also did not bury his victims in the basement, his house had no basement. They were burried in the crawl space beneath the floor & under outter buildings on the property. He also threw a couple of his victims into a river.
