MsCynMind, this information is incorrect, the largest base in the world, is Marine Corps Base Twenty Nine Palms, over twice the size of fort hood. 29 Palms is a live fire and maneuver training base. Most notably nearly every Marine prior to deployment to Iraq or Afghanistan has trained here.

I started there and recently moved to difficult to learn more, even though my scores are not as high. nitame, I worked with General Cavazos. He was an excellent soldier, officer, and human being. Only two Generals I ever met that are worth their stars: General Cavazos and General Omar Bradley.
