When Pitcairn became overcrowded, many of their population were relocated to Norfolk Island after the convict prison on Norfolk was closed. Many of the current Norfolk Island residents are descendants of the Bounty mutineers also.

The mutiny was lead by Fletcher Christian. It’s not certain how he died but an interesting note that the replica of HMS BOUNTY perished in the Atlantic Ocean in hurricane Sandy. All but one crew/passengers were rescued. The one that wasn’t was a female and direct descendant of Christian.

Too many people chose The Philippines, seriously the 2nd most voted option. I did not expected it, I expected many choose Nauru and/or Micronesia as it is lesser known than the Philippines, I thought Philippines is very famous country. I got this right, just some dependencies' flag confuses me

I read three books by Nordoff and Hall about the Mutiny on the Bounty. Men Against the Sea was the story of Captain Bligh and the men who were set adrift in a small boat. Pitcairn Island was about the mutineers and what happened on the island. All three are based on true accounts.
