Player Freewoman,
You're considered an adult at16 in Scotland but you still need to be 21 to supervise a learner driver.

Player Freewoman, the law in 2020 states you need to be 21 it is not out of date.

Player Freewoman, Being an adult does not qualify you to act as a supervising driver. Experience behind the wheel is needed also, although that is no guarantee of being a suitable person to supervise a learner.
