I work as a flight attendant and I go up and down the aisle all the time. It definitely doesn’t pop my ears. Yawning does. I need my coins back

Player Elf Counsel, I used to suffer the same and for several days after landing. An air hostess told me to hold my nose and blow through it. Do this several times during the flight. It works!!!

I've flown three times and never had an ear issue, but always do when in mountainous terrain; I'd say it would likely be due to plane cabins being pressurized, but that would leave the question of why it happens to anyone at all.....😏
