Mick, you can discipline your children without physically touching them. Discipline means to teach. Children must learn through the consequence of their action. A child doesn't learn through being spanked. They think of the spanking, not of their action.

I'm not using a rod ever. I will use the mind to teach and let them realize their consequences. Best lesson.
