Saw the live production and wow what a great play. Still vividly in my memory and I won't forget. The music is outstanding and this rates as one of my all time favorites. If you ever get the chance to see a live production; preferably a major production and not a back lot throw together, see this play, you'll cherish it forever. (even if your not a fan of cats and prefer dogs...lol...)

Player #7719043, Actually the first film release of "Cats" was 1998 & IMHO was far better than this 2019 waste of time & energy & talent. My son & I went to a traveling production of "Cats" & even it was better than that 2019 travesty!

Cats is actually the first musical I ever saw. Like at the professional level. Still unduly fond of it

I have read T.S. Eliot's The Book of Practical Cats, saw a live theatrical production of Cats. I went to the movie Cats, throughly expecting to enjoy myself. And I did enjoy it, simply because I had expecting to. I loved the music and I loved the poetry.
