What county is known as The Garden of England?

I know cos I live here, although like many places over recent years excessive building for housing and out of town shopping areas is ruining it.

I live in Kent. It’s called the garden of England because Ol’ Henry the 8th had thousands of fruits trees planted and is home to the largest fruit collection in the world.

Kent was originally known as the gaurdian of England because of its cinque ports. Gaurdian changed to garden over time
