Social Norm, You are right. Hitler had the Reichstag set on fire as a rise to blame communists and so, generate support for his socialist party. That happened in 1933 which was 6 years before WWII. So, the question is perfect just as it is.

I am a Berliner, and I agree wholeheartedly with Player yolo. All of the above was damaged, and all has been rebuilt, particularly after the fall of the Mauer.
