i used to raise them!!!!! i had akc reg. And one of my puppies fathered a champion that went to Westminister kennel club show in NY.!!! i was so proud. my baby, Liesel, the last of my dachshunds that lived to be twenty one, is the grandma of a dog owned by the actor Josh Duhamel. he is a big time doxie lover and has two, one of which was from my dogs. so i am happy about tbat. i miss having doxies.

I Love Animal Planet and I learn new about dogs all the time. My son has 2 little dogs. Toy terrier chuhuahua, and chuhuahua Dachshound mix. We are learning different things from our baby girls each and every day

Sarah Jane, I have a mini dachshund and sometimes he barks outside, or if he sees someone walking past our house when he's standing up on the porch. But he never barks inside! Barely makes a peep, except whining when he needs to go out.
