OptimstAchievements, It won't be gone "soon". It has lost a lot of coral due to climate change but it still spans over 1429 miles and there was a new species of coral discovered there just 5 years ago.

Hats off to those who first colonized New Zealand. Some were conscripted prisoners, some went there voluntarily, but all of them had to survive a jungle, difficult climate and sometimes hostile indigenous people to establish the first roads and communities.
