time is not a man made, therefore the atomic clocks are not accurate. 1 year is the time it takes the to orbit the sun from fixed point to fixed point. Although very close it can more seconds 1 year than the next, that is a yr not a man made concept that there is exactly 'x' number of seconds per year, as the atomic clocks are stated as, and therefore the earth is wrong!!
