SneakyMole92698., no you're not! Just some things you do not know about. For me, it's all of this awards stuff. I feel it's just a lot of self gratification by a lot of people who have very fragile egos. VERY fragile! I usually depend on the hints for those questions. So don't put yourself down. You are smart enough to be playing this game , aren't you?

SneakyMole92698., Read, learn. IT'S A GAME. Relax and enjoy.

I love how much I learn here and I encourage my kids to play too just because you learn so much random stuff! Plus, it gets you INTERESTED and CURIOUS, which are the biggest motivators for learning!

Player #3532789,
What it does is produces hormones which control many bodily functions : sex hormones -testosterone in men , and oestrogen in women , growth hormones , follicle stimulating hormone which controls egg production in women , prolactin for breast milk in women (and is apparently involved in sperm production in men ). It produces hydrocortisone, which allows all people to cope with stress .
It also produces triggers which control other parts of the endocrine hormonal
system such as levothyroxine for the thyroid .
This is not a complete list - it mostly represents the medicines I take because my pituitary was cured of a macroadenoma, by radiotherapy which pretty much destroyed it

SneakyMole92698., The fact you are here and interested is fabulous. So you got 12 wrong...Your brain will file some of these questions along with the correct answers away and you will be happily surprised when they arise out of the blue some day and you will say..."I know the answer to that". In the meantime enjoy all these great facts coming your way for free. GOD BLESS YOU.
