Daedalus, bit racist are we?

Daedalus
Potatoes were originally cultivated in Peru by Quechua speaking indigenous peoples. They created the short lived Inca Civilization. They freeze dried potatoes so they could serve as Winter provisions. They preserved their mummies in similar fashion.
They built grand structures and roads to rival and equal the Romans. Brilliant engineers, they constructed Macchu Picchu, the only site the dirty, animalistic and greedy Spanish did not desecrate and destroy.
