Stay away from gelatin - I saw at an animal pharmaceutical company that was getting tanker truck loads of blood to extract enzymes from it and next to it was a gelatin manufacturing plant. We were auditing the plant and when they got to know I was a vegetarian, they asked me if I wanted to stay out. I couldn’t thank them enough😎
