On what date did the USSR dissolve?

The USSR was an experiment that never worked. but Putin doesn’t get it.

Vladimir Putin's greatest dream is to see the USA 🇺🇸 disintegrate into fractions to compensate for the splitting of USSR, which USA 🇺🇸 spear headed with all the SALT treaties. All the electronics smear campaigns into the USA 🇺🇸 elections were tailored towards that to force disgruntled Americans states to go separate ways. Russians will only breathe when Putin will have gone.

America want to be superior on everything.they successfully created NATO but when it comes to USSR they always make sure it never worked out.they always create bad stories out of USSR.
