Dehydration is just one symptom - Hangover is due to the fact that ethanol is a poison….. when you over drink your liver and kidneys have to work OT - usually can’t keep up - buuuuuttttt 75% of us ingest this poison …. Over and over lol. But yet fear bread , or what ever the the bad food group of the moment is…because it’s “bad for you”

This happened to my husband & he was hospitalized for 2 days to get his sodium levels back up. He was trying to wean himself off Dr. Pepper & drank A LOT of water..

I have this and no cause has been found despite a bunch of tests. Doesn't matter how much water I drink or salt I eat, it remains low. Doesn't cause issues but its a mystery.
