Betty Crocker website has a great recipe for rhubarb dump cake, made with cake mix so super simple. Probably any kind of fruit would work.

Vikingr, Cool Whip is commercially made whipped cream with lots of artificial "crap" in it. I make mine with whipping cream from a milk carton and shake it by hand for up to 10 minutes. It's cool watching it start to thicken. You can also control how much sugar it has in it. The other kind sometimes comes in an aerosol can, which isn't very good either.

it's called a strawberry because they used to lay straw underneath the plants so when the fruit developed it wouldn't touch the soil and rot quickly.
