I never knew nadir and zenith were directions, I always thought they were locations: the very highest point as opposed to the very lowest point. Zenith vs Nadir. Guess I learned something 🤷

The terns Nadir and Zenith are more commonly used as metaphors for life, ie: a person's star can be at it's Zenith (a high point in their life) Or they're at their Nadir (low point in life)
