Montana Lady, I graduated HS in '63. Don't remember learning much about Greek myth. I've picked up snippets over the years, but not in school.

I kind of expected this to have a higher percentage of correct answers, since only one of the answers was in the Odyssey, the other 3 were from the Illiyad. Is Homer not taught anymore?

Montana Lady, Is anything of value taught any more? Not that we were back in the 40s and 50s. I just loved mythology and read it myself. Loved Norse mythology even more.

Montana Lady,
Of course everyone knows Homer , he’s yellow , drinks Duff beer , and has a son called Bart .
But unfortunately he has never read or been taught the Classics. I doubt even many teachers have the Odyssey or the Iliad ( not Illyad)

Montana Lady, I don't think Homer is talking in public schools these days. I'm sure there's a college class about Homer Simpson.
