Oh... and one of my favorite stories about my parents is in the 80s, my dad called my mom's job, but she wasn't at her desk, so he left a message with her coworker and said, "Tell her that Stevie called". His name isn't Stevie lol. My mom's coworker gave her the message and asked why he said his name was Stevie. My mother replied, "He just called to say he loves me!" #mydadisaclassact #stillromanticafter45yearsofmarriage

FYI. Stevie Wonder was born premature in 1950 and was given oxygen. Unfortunately, the oxygen level was set too high and it "blew out" the retinas in his eyes causing his blindness.

He & I became friends, when working at Motown (we were both expecting our first babies); his excitement about becoming a father was palpable, it is what endeared me to him, his loving heart! He would call me to ask how I was feeling & about the baby (probably not wishing to bug the mother of his child)😆. God blessed the world with this man, not just with his gifts/talents; but with his heart! Its been decades since our last being together (I sat beside him at the piano during one of the Jackson gatherings)...he is truly 'magnetic'...I hope he knows Jesus now😇🥰 love ya Stevie!

Just read his lyrics. He's a brilliant songwriter.... one of the greats of our lifetime. "Overjoyed" is one of my favorites amongst several of his songs.

my mother used to work with the foundation of the junior blind and she would drive the kids to different places. One time we took a carload to Disneyland and I got to sit on Stevie Wonders lap. he kept feeling my hair because my mother would brush it till it was soft. He was a nice child and a great singer.

HarlemzFlyGirl, Stevie was on my bucket list and I got to see him in concert several years ago in Louisville, Kentucky. When they walked him out on the stage to his piano I got chills all over
