Which American city is known as "Salt City"?

I live not to far from Hutchison, Kansas. The space center is super cool and the state fair too. That is about all Kansas is known for!! it is a great agriculture center, alot of wheat and corn. There is one mountain named the Sunflower Mountain. The state flower is the sunflower too. Other than that, it is all flatland! Be sure and check out the space center, it is awesome!!
