These were a favorite of drug dealers in the 80s because they could get a page without detection and then go out to use a pay phone (remember those?) to call the "customer" back. I was never a drug dealer! Don't ask how I know this...

I had one when I worked for the Rocky Mountain News in 1991 to about 1996. I was in my 20s now. I'm in my 50s times have really changed. By the way, The Rocky Mountain News was a big newspaper company in Denver for over a 100 years. I think. I miss it.
