The position of the sun and the moon, their alignment inside the triangle, and the colours represent deep meanings. As a Nepali, I've come to know that crimson red in the flag represents the colour of our blood and bravery, while blue is the sky and water. Some say the triangles represent Himalayan Peaks Nepal wears it as a crown.
