Who is the man in the picture?

I obtained several if his films when my children were young and it was great family fun laughing ourselves silly.

He was just as funny in the talkies he made. Very creative and done all his own stunts. Those were real buildings he would hang on and he wore a flesh colored glove because a few of his fingers were blown of in an accident doing one of his movies.
