TMAC0819, I have Asthma, had it for 75 yrs. when I was a child there were no medications to help, therefore I was continuously hospitalized. My friends were children with Polio, Asthmatics and Iron Lung recipients. I’m still a frequent hospital visitor, given steroids is a nightmare to me (intravenously & orally) but, they seem to help with the breathing and wheezing, in time.

the biggest fear of my life. not a snake or a spider but an asthma attack!! is real. high altitudes can trigger my asthma. and walking fast, I can't even think about running. an asthma attack is vert scary. i had to be rushed to ER once, thought i was going to suffocate to death. luckily only happened like this once. i don't do things to trigger it because i remember the fear i had.

I have asthma myself. As a doctor, I truly appreciate the languages application of the knowledge. How, America ! Continue in your pursuit of this all-too-important type of knowledge. This knowledge will enable everyone to help one another instead of hurting one another.
