We have lobsters in Australia ( we call them crayfish), and they don't have claws. We also have freshwater species as well.

Jonesy, Crayfish in the US are river bottom feeders (I call them river roaches) which are widely used as the meat in foods like Etouffee, Cajun and Creole gumbo, jambalaya and other recipes.You may have them😝

Player #120374466, I ate lobster with a GIANT glass of milk and I ended up with the most severe case of food poisoning and I haven't been able to even look at them again. I was 6 years old and am now 48. Doesn't stop me from eating fish though.
