My favorite Broadway musical - saw it 6 times. Patti Lupone Loni Ackerman as Evita. Did not like the movie. Disappointment compared to play.

the movie was very entertaining and the music was great. it took me a while to get used to the type of music. more of an opera . there was no talking in the movie. there are some beautiful songs by madonna.
