Processed vegetable oils ie, canola, corn, etc. when consumed with gluten foods, is what causes plaque build up in arteries! Beef should be cooked with beef fat, pork with lard, chicken and fish, cook in olive oil. The more processed something is the worse it is on your body.

Stavrohound, proteacea are in Australia and Africa. my grandfather had a fabulous tree. and in the day we would take as MANY NUTS home as possible. it was before fancy nutcrackers. but any cement floor with a small shallow in it was all we needed. with little fingers and a hammer, we would be cracking those nuts like there was no tomorrow.
