Taranchalanche, no. This is the high court for the EU. The International Court of Justice is at the Hague which is a city in the Netherlands... it oversees anything to do with the UN.

NobleYak13000, It is confusing, but "Holland" just refers to a couple provinces in the Netherlands.

There is the province of South Holland and the province of North Holland. The name of the country of which they are a province is called The Netherlands. Holland is not a country.

I thought the Hague was in charge of international law. Same thing?
