In North America, in which month is 'Bike-To-Work Day' traditionally held?

Here in Portland, OR, the city is noted for being very bike-friendly, so every day is "bike day" for lots of us.

I have never heard of it! but sounds nice! would like to bike! but haven't in a long time! definitely need a new bike! loved to bike!!

Probably as its not too hot in May.
