Big Blue Narwhal, the Andromeda galaxy is 2.5 million light years away from us. I can find nothing that supports your claims. We are due to collide in 4.5 billion years.

When we look at distant stars we see what they looked like in the past. Say something is 2 billion light years away, we see what it looked like 2 billion years ago, not what it looks like today. The star or other body could be gone today but we’d still see it. That simple fact still amazes me in the vastness of space and time.
