Who wrote the orchestral interlude "Flight of the Bumblebee"?

Always liked this piece.

It's famous because it's so difficult to play. It's very fast and has become a form of demonstrating a great ability to play the piano.

As a small child I thought this composer was called "Rippedhercorsetsoff" I suspect this was my Dad having a wee joke at my expense. 😁
