Player #3366575, I need to take thyroxine for the rest of my life too, but here in the UK it is free on the National Health Service, also if you get one medicine free, you get all meds free, no matter how young you are. (old aged pensioners get all medicine free anyway)

Player BARTEMAEUS 10, I am from Northern Ireland. I have lived in The United States for almost 40 years. No one can tell me it's better anywhere else. I go back and forth and see the horrific waiting times people have. If you live in a small town with a family doctor you get through the red tape faster. Yes they give a lot of free ? Meds and care, I've realized in life, nothing is free. America is not all alike, the states have different priorities. There are many states that have better health care? Overall when your young and able to work, why should you expect anything free.. !!!!!!

That’s why my country, Australia, is called “the lucky country.” We have Medicare to pay for things like hospitalisation for pensioners. Workers are covered for life saving medicine, I believe.
