I think the best one is made with seafood and a bit of spicy chorizo but a nice wild muchroom risotto can be delicious too..

A yummy warm dish cooked with butter & olive oil to start then add onions & others ingredients I prefer vegetarian but others love meat/seafood/paella styles. Not my fav dish but it’s a good dish during the colder weather or a smaller sized dish I’d warm months either way served with shavings of Parmesan & a nice refreshing beverage of ones choice. Darn it now I’m hungry 😋
