MeemawSauce5457, the people who started that business were in Salt Lake. We used to go there before he partnered with them. You'd eat, and then pay whatever you wanted to for the meal. Everything was organic, with vegetarian options, most was grown there, and if people couldn't afford to pay they could work either in the gardens, doing dishes, or cleaning for food. It was called The One World Café, the 1st is closed but they have opened in other cities now.

My old hometown. Saw him when he was an opening act for another NJ band, Southside Johnny & The Asbury Dukes. Bonjovi blew us all away, and he didn't look lod enough to be in a bar. 😄
