In computing, a nibble is the equivalent of how many bits?

Tried my level best to 'nibble' at everything in the explanation but still got nothing.

I don't understand why there are so many comments saying this isn't something we need to know. This is a trivia game so most of the questions are things we don't need to know. I think it's worth giving computing history and theory a chance though. It can be interesting stuff and can help us better understand our modern world.
